Precision-rolled 1235 aluminum foil for industrial applications, available in a wide range of gauges and two tempers to match your forming, insulating, or shielding needs.

Temper O (Soft): Dead soft, fully annealed foil that conforms easily to irregular shapes and surfaces. Ideal for wrapping, gasketing, insulation, and applications requiring flexibility and formability.

Temper H19 (Hard): Fully hard, extra-hard rolled foil offering maximum strength, stiffness, and puncture resistance. Suited for applications where rigidity and durability are priorities.

1235 alloy provides excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, high reflectivity, and strong corrosion resistance, making this foil well suited to HVAC, electrical, thermal insulation, and general industrial fabrication uses.

Available gauges: .001", .0015", .002", .003", .004", .005", .006", .007", .008", .010", .012", and .016" — with Soft and/or Hard temper options as noted per gauge.
