Order Processing and Lead Time

Our current lead time for all orders, including stock, custom, and large-quantity orders, is approximately 5–7 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Lead times may vary depending on order volume, product specifications, material availability, and the complexity of any custom converting requirements.

Please note that the 5–7 business day lead time refers to order processing and production time. Transit time begins once the order has shipped and is determined by the selected carrier and delivery destination.

Small-Package Shipments

Smaller shipments are typically sent through trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx. The carrier and service level may be selected based on the shipment’s size, weight, destination, and requested delivery method.

Pallet and Freight Shipments

Orders that require palletized or freight shipping are arranged through one of our qualified freight carriers. We work with a range of carriers to provide efficient and secure delivery throughout the United States.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can accommodate the selected freight service. Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, inside delivery, or other special delivery requirements.

International Shipping

Alufoil Products Co. proudly serves customers worldwide. International shipping options, costs, documentation, duties, taxes, and import requirements vary by destination.
