Refund policy

All custom cut sheet and roll orders are final sale.

 

Returns and replacements are granted only when Alufoil made an error in size or color, or if the product is defective. In these cases, Alufoil will pay for return shipping.

 

To request a return or replacement, email photos of the shipping carton, including the shipping label, to sales@alufoil.com.

 

Exception: Highlighting foil (5" x 8") and 20" x 50' stock rolls may be replaced subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the item is unopened.

 

Refunds and replacements are processed once the original product has been returned to Alufoil and inspected.
